Ek kan net met groot lof praat van die behandeling wat ek en my ma tydens hierdie moeilike tydjie by Hospicare ontvang het.  Sr Ralie se bystand en hulp hierdie week, veral gisteraand tydens my moeder se laaste ure, en die deernis waarmee sy my ma hanteer en versorg het kan beswaarlik in woorde uitgedruk word.  Sy het soveel meer vir ons gedoen en beteken as wat haar werk van haar vereis, en hiervoor sal ek vir altyd dankbaar wees.  Die res van die personeel was ook besonder vriendelik en hulpvaardig, en het verseker dat ek vandag kan terugkyk en weet dat dit die regte besluit was on my ma vir haar laaste skof by julle in Hospicare te plaas.  Nogmaals BAIE dankie hiervoor.

Ek kan ook dieselfde sê van my interaksie met jou van die eerste oomblik af – die vriendelikheid, buigsaamheid en gees waarin ons sake kon afhandel het baie vir my beteken, en ek kan net vir jou baie dankie sê vir jou bydrae om hierdie ‘n pynlose proses te maak.

Hospicare Dialysis Centre is really the best Centre that I have attended.

It is really for young and the not so young. I was for many years at another Renal Facilty where I felt like a number.

Here we have diligent, dedicated staff. Highly qualified. I have direct contact 24/7 access to their services. I have a caring nephrologist that actually discusses issues with you and yes…… the food is awesome. A dietitian assists you with adapting your dieet according to your blood-work. I can only say…… come and take a look! You’d love it! I am on dialysis since 2012

It is with a grateful heart threat I am sending this email. I would like to thank your staff , Doctor Essop, the two sisters, the nursing staff , the Physiotherapist as well as the admin personnel for the excellent service they provided for my mother Mrs. Tina Oliver, 94 years old.

My mother was in your care for two weeks as Hospicare (Sister Lea). She was transferred to Flora Clinic this morning. Thanks again to doctor Essop and the staff for their continued care,

My in-laws were placed at the Kruinpark Hospicare facility as a step-down after leaving hospital when recovering from severe illness.

The treatment received was excellent and the staff caring. I must mention Yvonne as she was extremely helpful, while Sr Sandy and Sr Christina took good care of managing the medical care the in-laws received.

The general staff was most patient and helped wherever they could.

We want to thank the facility for the great service and assisting us during a very difficult time.
